CONGRATULATIONS!!  to Matthew Kissane of Lake George and Inneke Carmola from Amsterdam on winning the 2006 Capital District Chapter R. Paul Farrell Scholarship Award. Mr. Kissane and Ms. Carmola were selected by the Scholarship Committee for their dedication to not only academics, but also to public service and voluntarism. The scholarship award is given annually to two seniors from High Schools in the Capital District Chapter.
